Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

The option of return is valid for 14 days after receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of your order, we cannot offer you a refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition in which you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Returned eye drops with a broken seal will not be accepted.

ARTICLE 1 - RETURN PROCEDURE

If you plan to return your ordered item(s), please contact us at info@wevisonize.com.

We will assist you further with the return process. Shipping costs for returning your ordered item(s) are at your own expense.

ARTICLE 2 - REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also let you know if we have approved or denied your refund.

If we have approved your refund, it will be processed and automatically deducted from your original method of payment within one to three business days.
